LMI performs precision milling to exact customer specifications with vertical machining centers manufactured by Mazak, Haas, and Okuma. All programming is accomplished by down loads of drawings from customer to our Pro Cam system. This supports our 4th and 5th-axis milling operations by enabling easy transfer of programs to milling centers allowing for faster response time for our customers.

On our 3 Mazak 5-axis CNC vertical machining centers, we mill parts made from titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, various steels, brass, copper, castings, plastics and a variety of other materials. With automatic tool changing options and dual pallet systems in these machines, performing multiple milling operations at high speed is not a problem for us. For operational flexibility, we have seven additional vertical CNC machining centers, in table sizes up to X-85" x Y-40" x Z-30".

LMI provides machining services for a variety of OEM industries such as aerospace, military, transportation and medical. Depending on customer requirements, a variety of finishing options including sand blasting, bead blasting, anodizing, plating, liquid painting, and powder coating can be provided. All CNC milled parts are quality checked using CMM inspection equipment and our quality system is certified to AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015.
