At LMI, quality planning starts with a proposal to the customer. Upon receipt of the order, quality procedures involved in all aspects of job planning, job routers, and job issues are analyzed. Our quality department determines the material inspection, job router inspection points, as well as final inspection/testing requirements. Having inspection points at all stages of production ensures proper sign off before the job routers move to the next operational step.
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and Aerospace AS9100 Rev D standards, with certification through NSF-ISR. LMI reviews these standards and sets the quality requirements for producing parts or components to customer satisfaction. Performance and environmental testing is also determined based on customer specifications.
As we ensure that all products meet customer requirements, provision of test data and material certifications is not a problem for us. We also maintain a detailed shop loading and scheduling record to track customer orders throughout the manufacturing process.
