With over two decades of experience in contract manufacturing, LMI functions as a one-stop service provider of electromechanical assemblies suited for diverse applications. We fabricate, machine, assemble, test, and install a variety of parts for customers from the US Military, aerospace, medical, as well as transportation sectors. Performed by a team of highly skilled associates, these operations enable us to deliver your equipment and sub-assemblies to exact contract specifications.
Our assembly shop is dedicated for short runs and JIT services. We assemble components, install as well as connect cable assemblies, and perform wiring operations on chassis, panels, and cabinets. To ensure quick turnaround, an extensive inventory of tooling, which includes automatic wire cutters, strippers, as well as hundreds of terminal lugging tools are maintained at our facility. Wire & terminal marking devices plus electrical testing apparatus help us in finishing and testing the final assembly. Additionally, we have inhouse CNC machining, fabrication, welding, laser cutters, and finishing equipment, which facilitate a controlled lead-time for our customers.
At LMI, detailed shop loading and scheduling is maintained to track customer orders throughout the manufacturing process. Our quality department provides all necessary test data and material certifications to ensure all products meet customer requirements.
